Out Of The Box is a trilogy of workshops on ways to shape encounters, intimacy and sexuality in new, creative ways, away from the familiar and often repetitive. The workshops cover three subject areas that open up new worlds of experience with different strategies, learning techniques and plenty of time for experimentation and self-awareness. We will also explore the limits of our comfort zones and dedicate ourselves to BDSM and kink practices. In this way, we develop new playing fields for encounters with ourselves and others through conscious and pleasurable involvement.
In the first workshop of the trilogy, slowness becomes the guiding concept of our explorations. It leads to fundamental changes in our perception on all levels, both physical and mental. We can then not only take a closer look at what we experience and grasp it in all its facets and qualities. Rather, slowness itself becomes an instrument of intensification - delay can be so wonderfully pleasurable!
With the help of meditation elements and breathing work, we slow down and explore encounters and touch in a playful way. We discover our own and other people's bodies and learn more about how we deal with pleasure and displeasure, the diversity of what we enjoy and what we don't like. In this way, we also allow the images we have of ourselves and of each other to come under the magnifying glass of time, allow themes such as pride and shame to shine through and want to question personal and social patterns and expectations. Using slowness as a strategy and tool, we then increase the intensity, consciously approaching boundaries and challenges in order to get to the bottom of the relationship between pleasure and pain. Our aim in all of this is to find out more about what we really want - regardless of how we are seen or judged from the outside - what feels good and right for us and how we can put it into practice with pleasure.

NOTES ON THE EVENT
- The aims of our events are to learn together as a group and to support shared processes and personal development. Couples and all other types of partnerships or constellations are welcome, but you should be aware and open to the fact that the courses are not designed as partnership experiences and we address each person as an individual. For example, in order to include all participants equally, we usually work with random partner combinations in the exercises. This means that there will be both the same and different gender combinations. Participants should generally be open to working with any person and any body. Exceptions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
- Gender identity, sexual orientation, age, etc. are not criteria when registering and selecting participants.
- We expect you to be careful, communicative, consensual and mindful and we encourage you to respect your own boundaries and self-responsibility.
- Hate speech will not be tolerated. Please bring "candy speech".
- We reserve the right to ask participants to leave the workshop should their behavior be hurtful or too problematic, and we reserve the right to do so without explanation - though we will likely try to explain. Workshop fees would then be refunded in full. Further claims are then excluded.

As a result of the corona pandemic, many people - including luhmen d'arc and the IKSK - have suffered significant financial losses, while others have earned well and have been able to continue receiving their salary. We would like to give low-income earners the opportunity to continue attending our events with the Soli-TIckets. For the upcoming events, we would like to invite those on high incomes to support the low earners, luhmen d'arc and amakido with a higher contribution and thank you in advance for your understanding and solidarity. We are very much looking forward to future joint courses and events.
For PEOPLE WITH PARTICULARLY LOW INCOME - students, artists etc. - there may also be the possibility of even lower prices on request.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are free of charge up to eight weeks before the start of the course, up to 4 weeks before the start of the course a cancellation fee of 20% of the course fee is due, up to 2 weeks before the start of the course a cancellation fee of 50% is due. Cancellations at a later date and refunds of course fees are not possible. However, participants can find replacement participants to take up the booked places. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the course fee will be refunded in full. Further claims are excluded.
