From December 29 to January 1, Beata is organizing a special Touch&Play event at the beautiful seminar venue surrounded by nature in Drawehn—located between Berlin and Hamburg. We’d like to focus on a special theme: romance! Because it has a bad reputation these days. And rightly so! All too often, rose-colored glasses lead to drama, suffering, jealousy, possessiveness, dependence, and…
We urgently need support and are currently seeking a part-time (20–30%) assistant for production and event administration. Application deadline: December 4, 2024. LUHMEN D’ARC is a…
After the FLINTA* orgy at the Ewaldshof, someone wrote a first-hand account! “I was immediately curious when I heard about it. And of course, I felt a certain amount of hesitation: What will I encounter? What will be expected of me? How open am I really? How much physical intimacy can I even allow with people I don’t know? How much nudity, for that matter? Am I totally uptight after all? Am I starting to get too old for this kind of thing?”
Beata is co-organizing the Touch&Play gathering in Bavaria at the end of August—and this year's theme is adorable! If you've ever wondered why some people who call themselves "authentic" come across as so fake, why superficial conversations can sometimes have way more depth than actually shallow "deep talk," and how much honesty can be revealed in lies—then come and explore with us…
We wanted to know what people thought about our workshop (AN)THER ORGY. Here are a few short interviews recorded after the last event in April in Berlin.
Enjoy listening!
For a new sexual revolution that advocates not only for the free expression of desire, but also for the free expression of a lack of desire. Because despite all the wonderful and important feminist and sex-positive efforts to break down taboos and eliminate shame, there remains one shameful taboo: not having sex, not wanting it, or wanting it but having difficulties with it…
Why do people come for a session with Rebecca? What about workshops and retreats on sexuality? Do they really work, and where does this trend come from? Can someone really train to become a better lover? Rebecca joins the Crude podcast team to take a critical look at the issue and discuss whether sex can even be taught—and…
"Forget the images of oiled-up, raunchy bacchanals—here we’ll wallow in idleness and indulge in rotten f****. Getting involved with people we don’t click with, and consciously savoring the thrill of the bore-gasm …
How is sexuality depicted and represented? Through nudity? Through the rubbing of certain body parts? Through censorship? By provoking aroused feelings? Beata is organizing a series of discussions at the Graduate Center for the Study of Culture in Giessen on the…
Did you happen to see that there was an interview with Beata in FAZ Quarterly? “The way other segments of society view sexuality has changed radically. We’re featuring five women who’ve turned this into a career.” Among them…
The volume *Empfangen*, recently published by DeGruyter in honor of cultural studies scholar Prof. Dr. Iris Därmann—whose work focuses on sadism, theories of gift-giving, aesthetics, and other fascinating fields of research that also engage us—features contributions from Beata and other editors.
We urgently need support and are currently seeking a part-time (20–40%) assistant for production and event administration. Application deadline: May 7, 2023. LUHMEN D’ARC is a…

For the past 20 years, Felix has undoubtedly been one of the most inspiring and inventive—though occasionally quite controversial—artists and curators when it comes to fusing choreography, dance, and performance with bodywork, kink, and experiential and immersive workshop formats. Within his…

…what we aim to achieve with our work. Check it out: "[...] people give in to projections of what makes them uncomfortable about sex: its strangeness (I was just standing there talking, and now I'm doing this?), its messiness, its awkwardness, its apparent disconnect from so many other 'appropriate' drives…

A friend asked me about our new workshop, “HOW TO BECOME A BETTER LOVER,” which will take place February 5–6 at the IKSK in Berlin. We recorded the answer for anyone who’s curious to get a glimpse of our format. The best and most engaging way to find out, though, is to join us 🤝
What does the dictionary say? “A festival of uninhibited debauchery,” “a Bacchanalian celebration; a sacred ritual; a mystical religious service; a secret cult gathering at night,” “debauchery, revelry, licentiousness; excess, intemperance,” “collective acts that deliberately violate social norms.” And what does “orgy” mean to YOU? Whether it’s a state of blissful oneness, letting yourself go in a relaxed way, frenzied sex, or a playful interlocking of bodies—we experiment from one orgy to the next, exploring, losing, and finding ourselves 🍇
At this event, there will be a brief introduction at 12:30 p.m. for people who are attending for the first time and have no prior knowledge of the subject.
A bondage jam works a bit like a milonga in tango. Anyone who’d like to tie others up, discuss the art of bondage, or simply watch and gain some initial experience is warmly invited. Men as chaise lounges, flying carpets, tables, chairs, massage machines, trash cans, cat trees, beds, punching bags... they’ve already transformed into all of these things here, and the men decide for themselves what they want to become and how they’d like to be used. The guests at our elegant house party make themselves comfortable, munch on snacks, play chess on the new surfaces, and chat about Goddess and the world—the main thing is that, for one evening, it’s not all about men! A workshop on the beauty of objectification and an evening of socializing and a different kind of luxury. All genders are welcome. Inter, agender, and non-binary people decide which direction they lean toward and which side they’d like to play on.
Rope Bondage for Beginners. On this day, we’ll provide an easy and playful introduction for beginners, as well as a refresher for those who have already taken a beginner’s course and want to brush up on their skills. The focus will be on the basics of Japanese-style rope bondage.
As an extended version, this course is 2 hours longer than usual, allowing for more focus on technique and a more relaxed opportunity to experiment during open sessions at the end of the workshop—so you can have even more fun with bondage :)
A retreat in the mountains, featuring massage, movement, breathwork, theater, and discussion—inspiration for soft, sensual, and intimate bodywork encounters. Using tantra massage as a springboard into the awkward, complex world of human relationships, we welcome you to TWAPOS.
*No matter what gender was assigned to you at birth, no matter what chromosomes or genitals you have. If you don't identify as a woman but were assigned the female gender at birth, you are also very welcome.

Claudia, Frank, and Andreas invite you on a wonderful journey into the wild nature of the Pyrenees. Together with our horses, we’ll spend a week trekking through a land steeped in legend, full of beauty and vastness. The horses, who accompany us throughout the journey with their sensitive and genuine nature, constantly bring us back to the present moment and help us stay connected. In addition to the daily hikes, you can look forward to a diverse program featuring meditations, embodiment practices, massages, and thoughtfully designed spaces for sensory experiences. Together, we’ll explore presence, body awareness, vitality, and connection, supported by the power of nature and the magic of the horses.
Seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling, and tasting are the gateways that connect us to the world. What path do they show us toward engaging in erotic play with one another? Which, by the way, can be just as fun, cozy, strange, or even platonic as it can be kinky, hot, and sexy. Choose your own adventure.

This workshop brings movement to classical tantric massage. We’ll demonstrate and practice how different movement elements can be used to build sensual tension. Challenging stretches and powerful embraces, dynamic position changes, and the skillful use of gravity transform the massage into a horizontal dance. “We’ll begin with a short meditation in which we reflect on states of mind that are not focused on pleasure and satisfaction. Our aim is to reflect on the nature of desire and ask whether our desire has much more to do with self-denial than with self-fulfillment.”
There it is! The note I've been looking for...
When we first started our retreat “Tantra with a pinch of salt” and posted about it on Facebook (because back then, the way to let people know you’d started something was to create a Facebook event), a neighbor messaged me saying, “
