Feel me, feel me...? - The tactile and haptic sensuality of our body puts us in a lifelong and uninterrupted tactile connection with what surrounds us - and with ourselves. Touch is essential, vital and fundamental to who we are and what we are, how we encounter the world and other beings in it. But as central as it is to our identity and our coexistence with other people, in our everyday consciousness it usually appears more as a necessity - to achieve a goal, to fulfill a formality, to make something happen. We touch and handle tools, shake hands, carry out hygiene routines, are touched for the purpose of medical examination and physiological treatment - even in the context of relationships and sexuality, things are often woefully goal-oriented. It is well worth taking a closer look at and experiencing touch just for the sake of feeling and self-awareness. There is a lot to discover about touch itself, about yourself and about others.
In this course, we will use various exercises and experiments to explore the influence of inner attitude, personal needs and intentions on the quality of touch. How do we touch others when we are aware of these influences? How can we divide our attention between ourselves and our counterpart in a balanced way so that we can remain true to ourselves and our own needs when we touch?
In our joint research, the focus is not on techniques, treatment principles, anatomy and "getting it right", but on curiosity, trying things out and experimenting. We take a lot of time to explore our own haptic and tactile worlds and to learn more about them bit by bit in exchange with others and to understand the topic of touch in all its complexity and its conditionality, including socio-cultural influences, gender issues, psycho-emotional aspects and much more.
In this way, we want to create the opportunity to train and develop our inner attitude to touch - ultimately quite simply to find more joy in it! And the joy of daring to follow your own curiosity and impulses and at the same time experience how enriching a more conscious kind of touch can be. We try to find our own balance between giving and receiving and to give more space to mindfulness and affection in our touch. Fülsch mi, G'spürsch mi - but really!

NOTES ON THE EVENT
The aims of our events are to learn together as a group and support shared processes as well as personal development. Couples and all other types of partnerships or constellations are welcome, but you should be aware and open to the fact that the courses are not designed as partnership experiences and that we address each person as an individual. For example, in order to include all participants equally, we usually work with random partner combinations in the exercises. This means that there will be both the same and different gender combinations. Participants should generally be open to working with any person and any body. Exceptions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Gender identity, sexual orientation, age or membership of often marginalized groups such as BBIPoC, migrants, refugees, LGBTQIA*, disabled people, etc. are not criteria when registering and selecting participants. This means that, in principle, everyone is equally welcome and we endeavor to do justice to the respective constellation and different needs, but our resources are limited. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact us.
We expect you to be careful, communicative, consent-oriented and mindful, and we encourage you to respect your own boundaries and self-responsibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are free of charge up to eight weeks before the start of the course, up to 4 weeks before the start of the course a cancellation fee of 20% of the course fee is due, up to 2 weeks before the start of the course a cancellation fee of 50% is due. Cancellations and refunds of course fees at a later date are not possible. However, participants can find replacement participants to take up the booked places. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the course fee will be refunded in full. Further claims are excluded.
