A workshop for the penetrated of all genders*
Penetrate and receive? Bang or relax? Plugging + hugging?
Penetration! A controversial practice... It’s considered THE sexual act, the final base, the great union, a miracle of nature—because of conception and all that.
For others, it’s the ultimate turn-off. Too hetero, too rough, and misleading (#MythOfTheVaginalOrgasm) -> Oh! There goes the word “vagina”! But wait, if penetration means “penis in vagina,” then we’re forgetting the ocean of possibilities for delightfully exploring what and who else can bring pleasure in which body orifices...
How about: Intimate glances and words... Running a finger between your toes in ecstasy...
What about the counterpart to penetration? If penetration is active, is the other party merely the one being passively penetrated? Not at all! There is active enveloping, holding, engulfing, encircling, enveloping... Try wrapping your fist around your thumb—which part is the more powerful here?
We also want to explore the so-called "other side"—and find the words to do so, because they’re missing from everyday life (or how do you put it in dirty talk? "I’m really going to give it to you, baby!"🔥 ?)

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?
Without giving everything away, here are a few hints of what you can expect—all within an atmosphere that invites both humor and serious engagement, a chance to slow down and the joy of play—always guided with crystal-clear direction.
All practices are based on the principle of consent. There will be exercises with and without physical contact. With clothes on and without. Genitals and toys may be involved, but they don’t have to be. Sometimes the focus will intentionally be on the whole body and soul, rather than on those specific areas 💓 Always only in a way that feels right for you and for all of you.**
A few examples:
Inspired by methods of artistic improvisation, we attempt to move through the space in a “penetrative” manner—what posture does our body assume, how does the atmosphere in the room change, and how does this make us feel: potent, phallic, intrusive... ?
Through bodywork, we explore penetrative and enveloping forms of togetherness beyond genitals and gender. Every body has countless "holes & poles"! We want to experiment and explore with our bodies: knock and enter, slide in or be drawn in, entwine or rub, close off and squeeze...?
In massage sessions—such as the mouth massage—we demonstrate how body orifices can be explored in a manner reminiscent of cave exploration... The massage techniques can then be tried out
In sharing circles, we discuss our experiences, questions, and preferences regarding the topic. The workshop facilitator shares insights from sexual theory about the various meanings associated with penetration
In small labs or play spaces, you can explore whatever moves you. Want to share your hip-swinging skills with others? Lead a genital meditation? Have a conversation about queer penetration? We’ll do our best to support you in pursuing your interests.
In short: it's going to be intense.

NOTES ON THE EVENT
The goals of our events are collaborative learning within the group, supporting shared processes, and personal development. Couples and all other types of partnerships or group dynamics are welcome, but you should be aware and open to the fact that the courses are not designed as partnership experiences and that we address each person as an individual. For example: To involve all participants equally, we usually work with random partner combinations during the exercises. This means that both same-sex and mixed-sex combinations will occur. Participants should generally be open to working with every person and every body. Exceptions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or membership in marginalized groups such as BBIPoC, migrants, refugees, LGBTQIA*, people with disabilities, etc., are not criteria for registration or participant selection.
We expect you to act with care, be communicative, prioritize consent, and be mindful, and we encourage you to respect your own boundaries and take personal responsibility.
Hate speech will not be tolerated. Please bring "Candy Speech" with you.
We reserve the right to ask participants to leave the workshop if their behavior is hurtful or problematic, and we reserve the right to do so without explanation—though we will likely try to explain it. Workshop fees would then be refunded in full. Any further claims are excluded.
We do our best to accommodate different needs, but our resources are limited. Please contact us if you have any questions.
