A workshop for the "Penetrierten" of all genders*
Penetrate and receive? Fuck or relax? Plugging + hugging?
Penetration! A controversial practice... It’s considered THE sexual act, the final base, the great union, a miracle of nature—because of conception and all that.
For others, it’s the ultimate turn-off. Too hetero, too rough, and misleading (#MythOfTheVaginalOrgasm) -> Oh! There goes the word “vagina”! But wait a minute—if penetration means “penis in vagina,” then we’re overlooking the ocean of possibilities for delightfully exploring what and who else can bring pleasure in which body orifices...
How about: Piercing glances and words... Sliding a finger between the toes in ecstasy...
What about the counterpart to penetration? If penetration is active, is the other party merely the one being passively penetrated? Not at all! There’s active encircling, holding, entwining, circling, enveloping... Try encircling your thumb with your fist—which part is the more powerful here?
We also want to explore the so-called “other side”—and find the words to describe it, because they’re missing from everyday life (or how do you say it in dirty talk? “I’m really going to give it to you, baby!”🔥 ?)

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?
Without giving everything away, here are a few hints about what you can expect—all in an atmosphere that invites both humor and serious engagement, a chance to slow down and the joy of play—always guided with crystal-clear direction.
All practices are based on the principle of consent. There will be exercises with and without physical contact. With and without clothes. Genitals and sex toys may be used, but they don’t have to be. Sometimes the focus will intentionally be on the whole body and the whole soul, rather than on those specific areas 💓 Always only in a way that feels right for you and for all of you.**
A few examples:
Inspired by methods of artistic improvisation, we attempt to move through the space in a "penetrative" way—what posture does our body assume, how does the atmosphere in the space change, and how does this make us feel: potent, phallic, intrusive, ...?
Through bodywork, we explore penetrative and enveloping interactions beyond genitals and gender. Every body has countless "holes & poles"! With our bodies, we want to experiment and perceive: knock and enter, slide in or be drawn in, entwine or rub, close off and squeeze...?
Through massage techniques—such as oral massage—we demonstrate how body orifices can be explored as if on a caving expedition... The massage techniques can then be tried out
In sharing circles, we discuss our experiences, questions, and preferences regarding this topic. The workshop facilitator shares insights from sexual theory about the various meanings behind penetration.
In small labs or play spaces, you can explore whatever’s on your mind. Would you like to share your hip-swinging skills with others? Lead a genital meditation? Have a conversation about queer penetration? We’ll do our best to support you in pursuing your interests.
In short: it's going to be deep.

NOTES ON THE EVENT
The goals of our events are collaborative learning within the group, supporting shared processes, and personal development. Couples and all other types of partnerships or relationships are welcome, but you should be aware and open to the fact that the courses are not designed as partnership experiences and that we address each person as an individual. For example: To ensure that all participants are equally involved, we usually work with randomly assigned partner combinations during the exercises. This means there will be both same-gender and mixed-gender pairings. Participants should generally be open to working with any person and any body. Exceptions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or membership in marginalized groups such as BBIPoC, migrants, refugees, LGBTQIA*, people with disabilities, etc., are not criteria for registration or participant selection.
We expect you to act with care, be communicative, prioritize consent, and be mindful, and we encourage you to respect your own boundaries and take personal responsibility.
Hate speech will not be tolerated. Please bring “Candy Speech” with you.
We reserve the right to ask participants to leave the workshop if their behavior is harmful or problematic, and we reserve the right to do so without explanation—although we will likely try to explain our decision. Workshop fees would then be refunded in full. Any further claims are excluded.
We do our best to accommodate different needs, but our resources are limited. Please contact us if you have any questions.
