SHIBARI BASICS FLOORWORK: SURRENDER & CONNECTION

This workshop - which combined with the Intro Day is suitable for beginners - focuses on slowness, breathing and body awareness as the basis for attentive and trusting contact between the tying parties. With a little bodywork, we develop our anatomical understanding and lay the foundations for reading other bodies and understanding ropes as a medium for non-verbal communication. In this way we can dare to oscillate gently between comfort zone and borderline experience.
