HOW DO YOU MAKE LOVE IN A RELATIONSHIP?
Maybe sex in your relationship has quietened, gone stale or become predictable. Maybe your body has changed—due to aging, stress, or having children—and intimacy feels unfamiliar. Maybe you’re used to hook-up intensity, and making love feels like it’s missing something. Or maybe you’re just curious about what else there is to discover…
There are countless tips: positions to master, things to buy, roles to play. But if it were really that simple—wouldn’t we all be having fulfilling sex by now?
Intimacy cannot be reduced to mere tricks.
We need spaces where we can simply be together—not to do things “right,” but to cultivate curiosity. Where pleasure isn’t something to optimise, but something to listen for. And where relationships are valued for their own unique dynamics.
Bring your partner for some focused quality time, together.
Drawing on approaches from Authentic Relating, sexological bodywork, couples counseling, massage, relationship work, nervous system regulation, and more, we’ll help you get creative in exploring what your relationship needs.
WHAT WE WILL DO
🧲 SOMATIC EXERCISES
Tune into your body and notice what you crave now, beyond habit, expectation or performance.
💬 SAY THE THINGS YOU USUALLY DON'T SAY
Guided conversations help you clarify what intimacy means to you—and how you can put it into practice. Be specific about topics such as greetings, hugs, touching, massage, kissing, sex, appreciation, etc.
🌀 DITCH THE SCRIPT
Play with nonverbal ways of getting closer that shake up routine and invite the fresh, the surprising, the alive between you.
🫶 TOUCH, SLOWED WAY DOWN
Give and receive touch with curiosity rather than with a goal in mind. Explore massage and erogenous zones without a set plan. Just see what unfolds.
🌬️ HELP YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM CHILL OUT
Simple tools can help you feel more deeply, connect more intimately, and reduce stress – because intimacy rarely thrives in a body that’s bracing.
✍️ GET YOUR INNER WORLD OUT OF YOUR HEAD
Through writing, drawing, and reflection, you’ll untangle your desires, identify what’s important to you, and practice expressing it.
FAQs
CAN I COME ALONE?
The exercises are designed to help you go deeper with a specific person or several people. So bring them with you!
DO WE HAVE TO GET INTIMATE WITH OTHER COUPLES OR GROUPS DURING THE WORKSHOP?
There may be group exercises (e.g., movement practices such as Contact Improvisation or discussion rounds in smaller groups). This offers a special opportunity to work with others and listen to them. You can decide at any time to stay just the two of you or to skip an exercise. All intimate exercises, especially those involving touch, take place with your partner.
WHAT MAKES YOUR APPROACH UNIQUE
We strive to minimize authority and predetermined answers, and to do away with fixed rules, norms, and hierarchies. Instead, we encourage self-determination, individual creativity, communication, and mutual agreement—so that unique connections can emerge. We value stumbling together, imagining new ways of being together, and cultivating collective joy and care.
WHERE DO YOUR METHODS COME FROM
Our work is inspired by couples counseling, relationship work, somatics and body awareness, tantra, constellation work, and nervous system regulation. We see our work as a collection of insights and ideas that you can take with you and apply even outside the workshop.

REBECCA
studied languages at the University of Cambridge and now focuses on how bodies speak. She completed training in Sexological Bodywork at the ISB Berlin and works as a yoga teacher as well as a massage and breathwork practitioner. She is interested in philosophical and poetic approaches to the somatic. In her practical, creative, and experimental physical practices, she draws on her intellectual background and professional interests to further explore exactly what happens when bodies touch—and why we either want it or don't want it so much.
