Out Of The Box is a trilogy of workshops exploring new, creative ways to shape encounters, intimacy, and sexuality—stepping away from the familiar and the often-repeated. The workshops span three thematic areas, opening up new worlds of experience through diverse strategies, the learning of techniques, and ample time for experimentation and self-discovery. In doing so, we also explore the boundaries of our comfort zones and engage with practices from BDSM and kink. In this way, by consciously and joyfully opening ourselves up, we develop new playing fields for encounters with ourselves and others.
In this second workshop of the trilogy, we will devote ourselves entirely to the sensuality of our bodies. We will draw inspiration from the concept of shoshin, the beginner’s mind—a term from Zen Buddhism that refers to an inner attitude of openness, curiosity, and the soothing absence of preconceptions or judgments. In this attitude of not knowing and not being familiar with, we rediscover our senses together, as if we were experiencing the amazing sensory capabilities of our bodies for the very first time.
Seeing, Hearing, Smelling, Touching, Tasting. Five modes guide us through the course, suggesting a progression of approach in this order—for while we can see one another from a great distance, we can only taste with unparalleled immediacy. While we seek to unlock the unique creative, intimate, and emotional potential of each sense, how they ultimately touch and move us also depends on who we are. And so, in our shared explorations—in which we aim to sensorially separate, deprive, combine, and fuse—it is not merely about finding new impulses and materials for our playful creativity in encounters. It is also about learning more about ourselves and our relationship to our bodies, about other people, and about encounters and relationships with one another.

NOTES ON THE EVENT
- The goals of our events are to learn together in a group and to support joint processes as well as personal development. Couples and all other types of partnerships or constellations are welcome, but you should be aware and open to the fact that the courses are not designed as partnership experiences and that we address each person as an individual. For example: in order to include all participants equally, we usually work with random partner combinations in the exercises. So there will be both same gender and different gender combinations. Participants should generally be open to working with any person and any body. Exceptions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
- Gender identity, sexual orientation, age etc. are not criteria when registering and selecting participants.
- We expect you to act in a careful, communicative, consensus-oriented and mindful way and we encourage you to respect your own boundaries and self-responsibility.
- Hate Speech will not be tolerated. Please bring "candy speech" with you.
- We reserve the right to ask participants to leave the workshop should their behaviour be hurtful or too problematic, and we reserve the right to do so without explanation - although we will probably try to explain. Workshop fees would then be refunded in full. Further claims are then excluded.
- We do our best to accommodate different needs, but our resources are limited. Contact us if you are in doubt.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are free of charge up to eight weeks before the start of the course, up to four weeks before the start of the course a cancellation fee of 20% of the course fee is due, up to two weeks before the start of the course a cancellation fee of 50% is due. Later cancellations and refunds of participant fees are not possible. However, participants can find substitute participants who will take the booked places. In case of cancellation by the organizer, the course fee will be refunded in full. Further claims are excluded.
CORONA REGULATIONS & PROCEDURES
In principle, we adhere to the latest official regulations and Corona measures and inform participants in good time before the start of the course about what is currently valid. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
It is currently impossible to predict how the Corona pandemic will develop in the coming weeks and months. A further ban on events or new, far-reaching restrictions and regulations that would make it no longer reasonable to hold the course are conceivable. In the event of a cancellation for these reasons, we would be grateful to all bookers to support us in bearing the costs that nevertheless arise, such as the ticket booking fees and any cancellation costs for the rented rooms. We would then inform you about the amount. This support would be voluntary, of course, but an important support for us.
