RopuNawa goes Zurich!
Der Fesselkünstler aus Basel hat sich in den letzten Jahren zu einem der bekannten Rigger der europäischen Szene entwickelt und ist mit seinen Performances und Workshops auch darüber hinaus auf den verschiedenen Bondage-Festivals und in den einschlägigen Locations ein gern gesehener Gast.
Ab Mitte Oktober kommt er wieder zweiwöchentlich nach Zürich, um in einem Intensiv-Workshop über 5 Abende hiesige Fesselbegeisterte, die die Basics schon gelernt haben und sich ernsthaft auf den Weg machen wollen, auf ein fortgeschrittenes Niveau zu heben.
In den Kursen vermittelt RopuNawa seine persönliche Bondage-Philosophie. Er festigt das vorhandene Fundament der Teilnehmenden durch verstärkten Fokus auf die Details bei den Grundlagen und entwickelt mit ihnen ein weitergehendes Verständnis von Floor- und Partial-Suspension-Work als Voraussetzung für den späteren Einstieg in das Fesseln mit Suspensions. Gefesselt wird am Bambus, nicht am Ring.
Neben Technik und sicherheitsrelevantem Wissen als den notwendigen Grundvoraussetzungen für längere, spannende Fesselsessions und die Vermeidung von Unfällen geht es im Kurs auch um die Bezüge zur japanischen Kultur und verschiedene ästhetische Konzepte. Behandelt werden ausserdem verschiedene Spieldynamiken und der bewusste Umgang mit den emotionalen Aspekten der Seilbondage. Umgesetzt wird all dies in den klassischen und zeitgenössischen Fesselmustern von RopuNawas typischem Fusion-Fesselstil, den er im Rahmen des Kurses vermittelt.
An jedem Termin gibt es 2,5-3 Stunden Unterricht und gut 1 Stunde freies Fesseln, um das Gelernte zu üben und begleitet von Ropunawa in die eigene Praxis zu integrieren.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE EVENT
The aims of our events are to learn together as a group and to support joint processes as well as personal development. Couples and all other types of partnerships or constellations are welcome, but you should be aware and open to the fact that the courses are not designed as partnership experiences and that we address each person as an individual. For example, in order to include all participants equally, we usually work with random partner combinations in the exercises. This means that there will be both the same and different gender combinations. Participants should generally be open to working with any person and any body. Exceptions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Gender identity, sexual orientation, age or membership of often marginalized groups such as BBIPoC, migrants, refugees, LGBTQIA*, disabled people, etc. are not criteria when registering and selecting participants. This means that, in principle, everyone is equally welcome and we endeavor to do justice to the respective constellation and different needs, but our resources are limited. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact us.
We expect you to be careful, communicative, consent-oriented and mindful, and we encourage you to respect your own boundaries and self-responsibility.

We reserve the right to ask participants to leave the workshop should their behavior be hurtful or too problematic, and we reserve the right to do so without explanation - although we will likely try to explain. Workshop fees would then be refunded in full. Further claims are then excluded.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are free of charge up to eight weeks before the start of the course, up to four weeks before the start of the course a cancellation fee of 20% of the course fee is due, up to two weeks before the start of the course a cancellation fee of 50% is due. Later cancellations and refunds of participant fees are not possible. However, participants can find substitute participants who will take the booked places. In case of cancellation by the organizer, the course fee will be refunded in full. Further claims are excluded.
