How can we make connections within our bodies and in space visible?
How do we shift tensions within our bodily systems and bring them to the surface?
And how do we find our bearings in the intimacy of touch?
In this workshop, technical bodywork methods merge with performative exercises to map, shape, and experience the intimate body in a living way. Using somatic approaches, we explore orientation within the body, map bodily systems, and create dialogues through touch and targeted pressure—the foundation for drawing Pleasure Maps and engaging with one another playfully.
What can you expect?
In a short series of practical exercises, we’ll dive into various bodily systems and methods:
• Bone tracing – the process of tracing bone structures,
• locating and working with pressure points,
• and Gua Sha, which can leave visible marks.
This section includes technical guidance, background information on safety, basic anatomy, applications in BDSM, as well as playful and improvisational exercises.
Requirements:
This workshop focuses specifically on touch and physical contact. Gua Sha and other techniques may leave visible marks on your body that could last for a few days.
Eligibility requirements:
• Openness to close physical contact with different bodies,
• Willingness to accept physical marks as part of the experience,
• The ability to express your consent, your boundaries, and any current distress verbally and nonverbally.
Experience with bodywork or movement practices is welcome but not required. Take breaks whenever you need them, and adapt the exercises to suit you. A space to discover the body as a map—with many textures of touch, boundless desires, and the freedom to experiment with connection and expression.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT
The goals of our events are collaborative learning within the group, supporting shared processes, and personal development. Couples and all other types of partnerships or group dynamics are welcome, but you should be aware and open to the fact that the courses are not designed as partnership experiences and that we address each person as an individual. For example: To involve all participants equally, we usually work with random partner combinations during the exercises. This means that both same-sex and opposite-sex combinations will occur. Participants should generally be open to working with every person and every body. Exceptions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Gender identity, sexual orientation, age or membership of often marginalized groups such as BBIPoC, migrants, refugees, LGBTQIA*, disabled people, etc. are not criteria when registering and selecting participants. This means that, in principle, everyone is equally welcome and we endeavor to do justice to the respective constellation and different needs, but our resources are limited. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact us.
We expect you to act with care, be communicative, prioritize consent, and be mindful, and we encourage you to respect your own boundaries and take personal responsibility.
Hate speech will not be tolerated. Please bring "Candy Speech."
We reserve the right to ask participants to leave the workshop if their behavior is hurtful or problematic, and we reserve the right to do so without explanation—though we will likely try to explain. Workshop fees would then be refunded in full. Any further claims are excluded.
