Und wie finden wir Orientierung in der Intimität von Berührung?
In diesem Workshop verschmelzen technische Körperarbeitsmethoden mit performativen Übungen, um den intimen Körper zu kartieren, zu gestalten und lebendig zu erfahren. Mithilfe somatischer Ansätze erkunden wir die Orientierung im Körper, kartieren Körpersysteme und schaffen Dialoge durch Berührung und gezielten Druck – die Grundlage, um Pleasure Maps zu malen und uns spielerisch zu begegnen.
Was erwartet dich?
In einer kurzen Reihe von praktischen Übungen tauchen wir ein in verschiedene Körpersysteme und Methoden:
• Bone Tracing – das Nachzeichnen von Knochenstrukturen,
• das Auffinden und Arbeiten mit Druckpunkten,
• und Gua Sha, das sichtbare Spuren hinterlassen kann.
Dieser Teil umfasst technische Anleitung, Hintergrundwissen zu Sicherheit, Grundkenntnisse der Anatomie, Einsatzmöglichkeiten in BDSM sowie spielerische und improvisatorische Übungen.
Voraussetzungen:
Dieser Workshop dreht sich explizit um Berührung und körperlichen Kontakt. Gua Sha und andere Methoden können sichtbare Spuren auf deinem Körper hinterlassen, die einige Tage bleiben könnten.
Teilnahmevoraussetzungen:
• Offenheit für hautnahen Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Körpern,
• Bereitschaft, körperliche Spuren als Teil der Erfahrung anzunehmen,
• Fähigkeit, dein Einverständnis, deine Grenzen und aktuelle Verletzungen verbal und nonverbal auszudrücken.
Erfahrungen mit Körperarbeit oder Bewegungspraktiken sind willkommen, aber nicht notwendig. Nimm dir Pausen, wann immer du sie brauchst, und gestalte die Übungen so, wie es dir entspricht. Ein Raum, um den Körper als Landkarte zu entdecken – mit vielen Berührungsqualitäten, unendlichen Begehren und der Freiheit, in Begegnung und Ausdruck zu experimentieren.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE EVENT
The aims of our events are to learn together as a group and to support joint processes as well as personal development. Couples and all other types of partnerships or constellations are welcome, but you should be aware and open to the fact that the courses are not designed as partnership experiences and that we address each person as an individual. For example, in order to include all participants equally, we usually work with random partner combinations in the exercises. This means that there will be both the same and different gender combinations. Participants should generally be open to working with any person and any body. Exceptions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Gender identity, sexual orientation, age or membership of often marginalized groups such as BBIPoC, migrants, refugees, LGBTQIA*, disabled people, etc. are not criteria when registering and selecting participants. This means that, in principle, everyone is equally welcome and we endeavor to do justice to the respective constellation and different needs, but our resources are limited. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact us.
We expect you to be careful, communicative, consent-oriented and mindful, and we encourage you to respect your own boundaries and self-responsibility.

We reserve the right to ask participants to leave the workshop should their behavior be hurtful or too problematic, and we reserve the right to do so without explanation - although we will likely try to explain. Workshop fees would then be refunded in full. Further claims are then excluded.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are free of charge up to eight weeks before the start of the course, up to 4 weeks before the start of the course a cancellation fee of 20% of the course fee is due, up to 2 weeks before the start of the course a cancellation fee of 50% is due. Cancellations and refunds of course fees at a later date are not possible. However, participants can find replacement participants to take up the booked places. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the course fee will be refunded in full. Further claims are excluded.
