The serrat(u)s bodywork opens its doors to the Shibari public!
The Japanese art of bondage is a fascinating physical practice that offers a wide range of physical, mental and emotional experiences. Shibari has much in common with dance, yoga and meditation, and has a performative and a touching aesthetic dimension. The tied and the tied can shape their encounter in a variety of ways, in a trusting play with power and submission, in empathic communication and mutual devotion, in deep connection and intensity. An exciting body art that is worth exploring!
Everyone who feels like tying up together with others, exchanging ideas or simply watching and gaining first experiences is cordially invited. The bright yoga room is equipped with eight suspension points - some with bamboo poles - so that it is also possible to work with suspensions.

On this date there will be a short introduction at 1:30 pm for people who are participating for the first time. This will cover the first basics and in particular the basic security and consent issues.

EINLASS / ENTRANCE
Der Einlass erfolgt wieder wie früher – man kann kommen und gehen, wann man möchte. Der Eingang erfolgt durch den Garten und die große rote Tür zum Studio. Dort bitte draußen die Schuhe ausziehen und sie mit allen Sachen durch das Studio hindurch in die Teeküche und Umkleide nehmen. Ins Studio sollten nur die Sachen mitgenommen werden, die ihr wirklich zum fesseln braucht.

The admission is again the same as it used to be - you can come and go whenever you like. The entrance is through the garden and the big red door to the studio. Please take your shoes off outside and take them with all your things through the studio to the kitchen and changing room. Only those things that you really need for bondage should be taken into the studio.
KLEIDUNG / DRESS CODE
Seilbondage ist Körperarbeit mit engem Kontakt und bei einer Bondage Jam kommt es auch sehr auf die Atmosphäre an. Schon aus hygienischen Gründen, aber auch aus ästhetischen Gründen, bitten wir darum, nicht in Straßenkleidung teilzunehmen. Wir empfehlen zumindest Kleidung wie zum Yoga, viel besser noch aber: gerne darf es auch fantasievoll, verrückt oder auf deine ganz individuelle Weise bequem sein, dem Wohlfühlen und der Kreativität sind keine weiteren Grenzen gesetzt. Seile auf der Haut zu spüren ist schön, daher ist Kleidung ist im Übrigen auch optional.

Rope bondage is bodywork with close body contact and at a bondage jam the atmosphere is a very important aspect. Already for hygienic reasons, but also for aesthetic considerations, we ask you not to participate in street clothes. We recommend at least yoga-style clothing, but even better: it can also be more fanciful, maybe fantastic or weird weird or in your own particular way comfortable – there are no further restrictions to your well-being and creativity. It's also nice to feel the ropes on your skin, therefore clothing is generally optional.

Infolge der Coronakrise hatten viele Menschen – und auch luhmen d’arc und das serrat(u)s – bedeutende finanzielle Einbussen, während andere gut verdienten und weiterhin ihr Gehalt beziehen konnten. Geringverdienenden möchten wir mit den Soli-TIckets die Gelegenheit geben, weiterhin unsere Veranstaltungen zu besuchen. Gutverdienende laden wir für die kommenden Veranstaltungen herzlich ein, mit einem höheren Beitrag die Geringverdienenden, luhmen d’arc und das serrat(u)s zu unterstützen und bedanken uns schon im Voraus für Euer Verständnis und Eure Solidarität. Wir freuen uns sehr auf die künftigen gemeinsamen Kurse und Events.

As a result of the corona crisis, many people - and also luhmen d'arc and the serrat(u)s - had significant financial losses, while others were earning well and could continue to draw their salaries. CORONA REGELUNGEN & VERFAHREN / CORONA RULES & PROCEDURES
Seit dem 17. Februar 2022 sind alle für unsere Veranstaltungen relevanten, aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie eingeführten Regelungen in der Schweiz aufgehoben (Nicht so in Deutschland!). Es bestehen in der Schweiz keine Zugangsbeschränkungen mehr im Hinblick auf den Status, geimpft, genesen oder getestet zu sein. Es gilt keine Maskenpflicht.

Since 17 February 2022, all regulations relevant to our events that were introduced due to the Corona pandemic have been lifted in Switzerland (Not so in Germany!). There are no longer any access restrictions in Switzerland with regard to the status of being vaccinated, recovered or tested. There is no obligation to wear a mask.
