ON FLOGGING & OTHER IMPACT PLAY
Der Workshop bietet eine Einführung in das Flogging und andere Formen des Implact Plays, bei der wir neben Techniken und Fragen der Sicherheit auch die physischen und emotionalen Prozesse von Gebenden und Empfangenden, sowie das Verhältnis von Schmerz und Lust in den Blick nehmen. Wir schärfen unsere Wahrnehmung für die dynamischen Bezüge, die Flogging und Impact Play zwischen Körper und Geist und zwischen den Beteiligten herstellt. Körperbewusstsein und Raumwahrnehmung, Bewegung und Rhythmus, Impuls und Resonanz, Atmung und Präsenz – wir betrachten das Spiel unter vielfältigen Aspekten und schaffen so die Möglichkeit, eine Floggingsession über das bloße Schlagen hinaus als tänzerisches oder meditatives Ritual zu gestalten.

Ruhe und Schwingung, Stille und Klang, Kühle und Hitze… Wir entdecken das Spiel mit Kerzenwachs als eine meditative Erfahrung, im Geben wie im Empfangen. Wir stimmen zunächst Körper und Geist ein, sensibilisieren unsere Wahrnehmung, werden offen und rezeptiv.
