Dieser Workshop – der kombiniert mit dem Intro Day für Anfänger’innen geeignet ist –befasst sich mit Langsamkeit, Atmung und Körperbewusstsein als Basis für den aufmerksamen und vertrauensvollen Kontakt zwischen den Fesselnden.
